Get to SOLD Quicker
With 2D or 3D Floor Plans

A 2-D Floor Plan tells the whole story of the layout of a home and answers potential questions before they are even asked and move up the closing date.

The floor plan will show the rooms in relation to one another, so a potential buyer can better understand the traffic flow of the home.  It also displays the size of the rooms, so they can determine how to use the space.

Including a floor plan in your listing is helpful to all buyers, but it is of particular interest to out-of-town buyers who need their showings to be particularly productive, since their time in town is limited.  Some buyers, like investors, may not even have time to come see the property before they need to make the purchase.

Floor Plan 3.JPG

Take it to the next level with a 3-D illustration which will do everything the 2-D floor plan can do and more.

By showing the buyer how furnishings fit into the space, you can overcome potential objections ahead of the showing.  Envisioning how to furnish a room or use it can be a real roadblock for some buyers, but the 3-D floor plan will get them over the hump and into making an offer.

You’ll look like a hero to your seller who will realize you are using all available tools to sell their home quickly for top dollar.
